Traditional brewing technique belongs to labour concentrated industry, which has the disadvantages of high labor intensity, poor working environment, low productive efficiency, production process-uncontrollability and large quality fluctuation. Because of the short supply of labour resource and hard production environment, the research of mechanized liquor-making technology is continuing without a significant breakthrough, which makes many institutes and enterprises repeatedly frustrated on the way to mechanical automation brewing technology. In order to adapt to the development of brewing technology, the research and design of wine automatic production lines and core equipment is presented to solve the most difficult part of brewing. Comparing with traditional one, it provides the direction for the advance of brewing technology with full characteristics of high productive efficiency, quality and low labor intensity.Based on the deeply communication with some-enterprise and comprehensive understanding to the production status, combining the feature of traditional brewing process with the future direction of brewing technology, the design scheme of automatically filling and packing production line for grain or yeast materials is proposed for the most urgent problems. It is a complete set of automatic production system that is designed, which includes special jute bag and synchronous belt design, the structure of grain packing branch design and some non-standard mechanical components design. It achieves the organic combination of jute bag ready state, lifting position, online testing and transportation position in the production line. The line possesses the characteristic of compact structure and efficient production, and makes the automatic production of grain materials be reality. So the design meets the requirements of automatic production.The dissertation puts forward a perfect combination between traditional brewing technique and modern mechanical automation level, overcomes the defect of high strength but poor efficiency in traditional brewing field, and has finished automatic the production line and key equipment design that applies to steaming system and cooling system of fermented grains. The production line integrates feeding system, mixing system, steaming system and cooling system to an organic whole, and realizes nice cohesion between each course. The design details of automatic cooling system and relevant equipment are emphasized. Meanwhile, large numbers of work besides some experiments has been done to verify the performance of cooling system. It supplies a gap in brewing automation devices, promotes the unification and supplement between technology and equipment, and provides a reliable guarantee for further development on automatic brewing technology.
