Land Use Planning Study Of The Implementation Of Regulatory Safeguards

In order to strengthen the management of land-use planning implementation, to use the land-use planning as a macro guidance and control, to coordinate the interests in land-use activities, and to solve increasingly prominent conflicts among the population growth, economic development and resource use, it needs establish a sound support system of land-use planning implementation management.A study on the overall land use planning management security measures is an important component part of the planning preparation, an important tool of the planning implementation, and an objective need to strengthen and improve planning management. This study applies engineering methods, comparative research methods, statistical analysis, forecasting methods, field survey methods and combines qualitative and quantitative analysis. It also draws on domestic and international practices of planning management, the actual situation and last round of planning implementation in Henan Province. This study focuses on the preparation of this round of planning and management concepts, strategic thinking and mechanisms. It also analyzes how the overall land use planning in Henan Province plays a leading role for further regulation and protection the land size, layout, timing and structure. Further, this study involves how to make laws and administrative, economic, social, technological measures to improve the overall land use planning implementation to be more scientific, forward-looking and actionable, and promote the socio-economic co-ordination and sustained, rapid and healthy development of Henan Province.
