The Technological And Economical Analysis Of The Integration Of Industrial Chain In Industrial Park

With the rapid development of modern industry, industrial pollution has become the greatest obstacle. We had to take a new way to deal with environmental issues, looking forward to finding a new solution way. In this case, the integration of industrial chain in industrial area arises at the historic moment. The integration of industrial chain in industrial area means that a number of companies operate within a specific region, and establish a relationship of the input-output between the upstream and downstream. What is more, driven by the benefits of environmental and economic, the relationship referred former covers the input-output relationship of the by-product, waste product among companies. Meanwhile, in order to promote orderly labor's division among various sectors in the industry chain, some kinds of corresponding energy supply, transport logistics, management services, environmental management measures have also entered, thus forming a broad and complex industry links. This coincides with the current socio-economic and environmental sustainable development objectives, which is helpful to achieve industrial sustainable development and take a new road to industrialization, so it is a very important subject.In this paper, we take chemical industry park as an example. For chemical industry is a typical process-type industry, industrial chain's development model is very important. In this paper, it firstly introduced basic concepts and theories about integration of industrial chain in industrial park, and analyzed it using the system dynamics method to note that the integration of industrial chain in industrial park has a good environmental and economic benefits; then it analyzed integration of industrial chain in industrial park by technological and economical analyzing method, and noted that integration of industrial chain in industrial park has positive effect on technical efficiency, which reflected as cost savings, positive externalities and economies scale; Meanwhile, this paper analyzed the potential loss of economic efficiency caused by the integration of industrial chain in industrial park, such as negative externalities, asset specificity and the"ripped off" behavior. Finally, with the case study of carrying out integration of Industrial chain in Shanghai Chemical Industry, this paper proposed some advice and inspiration to other chemical area which carried out integration of industrial chain.
