| Human resource allocation is mainly aiming at assigning the human resource of internal and external organization to a set organization structure through certain ways and means so as to combining the human resource and other resource effectively, making the best possible use of men and material, having the limited resources to play with the greatest effectiveness. Therefore, researching on human resource allocation has great significance. This paper mainly analyses the human resource allocation from the perspective of structural optimization, and takes the ordnance equipment institute as the research background, analyzing the optimal allocation of human resources structure based on the contribution degree of professional type's value. The human resource's structure optimization is mainly used for balancing the proportional relationship of various occupational classes in the institute. It can enhance equipment manufacturing institute's overall achievements in Shaanxi Province by balancing professional ability of various occupational classes.The major works in this paper are as follows:1. Establishing the index system of professional type's value evaluation of the ordnance equipment institute of Shaanxi Province. First of all, dividing all of the positions of the ordnance equipment institute of Shaanxi Province into five categories, which includes engineering type, management type, specialized type, skill type, auxiliary type; Secondly, establishing the index system of professional type's value evaluation of the ordnance equipment institute of Shaanxi Province through questionnaire, interviews, material reading and factor analyzing, including five main indexes and twenty sub-indexes.2. The determination of contribution degree of each professional type's value of the ordnance equipment institute of Shaanxi Province. First of all, calculating the initial contribution coefficient of each professional type's value with AHP; Secondly, adjusting the initial contribution coefficient with the entropy method; Finally, allocating human resource through the theory proposed by professor Peng, which the contribution coefficient was to be considered as the judging standard, and taking one ordnance equipment institute of Shaanxi Province as the example. |
