Due to the management system of the state's construction enterprise is relatively backward, administrators and technical talents loss, the enterprise talent shortage, which seriously restrict the development speed of enterprise. Therefore, making a good human resource planning, implementing effective talents competition strategy and keep talents competition advantage, for state-owned construction enterprise absorption, retain and motivate talents, improving the competition ability, the realization enterprise strategic target has the vital significance.This paper analyzes the status quo of human resource planning for TG Construction Co., Ltd. In the recent period of human resource made available for supply and demand. On this basis, it proposed company human resource planning.This paper firstly outlines the background of TG Construction Co., organizational structure, development strategies, the status quo of human resource, and then using the method of questionnaires, visits to sit on, refer to historical data and so on, it analyses the status quo of this plants'human resource, searches the problems and explores the causes. Then, using the theoretical knowledge in the organizational structure and positions set analysis, and human resource demand and supply analysis, it brings forward human resource concrete settle project. Finally, it put forward the overall human resource planning evaluation for TG Construction Co., Ltd. In this paper, according to the theoretical system of human resource planning, basing around the strategic development goal of the TG Construction Co., Ltd. in view of the status of their human resource planning, it brings forward the planning ideas and principles, the overall program, particularly, the introduction of human resource, training development, career management, balancing mechanism, such as the four sub-plans, to other state-owned construction enterprises to reform and development of human resource have some inspiration and reference.
