AISIDI Mobile Phone Distribution Logistics Information System Research

Under today's increasingly complicated eco-environment,the channel companies have been pushed in a critical situation during marketization.With the suppliers are reducing the cost and the retailers are increase the profit,so that the channels under the crucial situation have to act to the shifting market information,the expensive and ineffective supply chain management has became more urgent to improve.Therefore, there's necessity to form a rapid-responding,efficient,personalized supply chain management(SCM) system to support the increasing need of supply chain management. In this paper,information research,field research and comparative analysis were used to analyze the industry features of the Aisidi Company and the specific requirement of the SCM system for mobile phone distributor in order to design a SCM system with the industry features and the characteristics of enterprises.Through analysis and research of this article,hoping to get the solution for domestic SCM industry and providing reference information for third-party logistics companies and a complete research contribution for academic purpose.
