Model of value creation and is the core of value creation in enterprise, modern enterprise competition is the value of the creation competition basically. Therefore, how to choose the suitable value creation mode for our enterprise and convert the enterprise's profit mode to value mode preferably is very important for the Chinese transforming and upgrading enterprise. The so-called enterprise value creation model refers to a management mode. It is based on the successful operation of the business model; instruct the management in making the decision to maximize enterprise value creation continuously, find enterprise value creation point and value destroyed point, drive profits shift to value through comprehensive consideration of the returns and risks. Value creation modes selection is a complex project, once the intermediate links appear mistake could result in failure choice, may damage enterprise value creation activities seriously. In order to find the best value creation mode selection method, this paper analyzes the driving factors of value creation systematically and summarizes its remarkable characteristics, put forward the preliminary analysis framework of value creation modes selection according to these characteristics, then analyzed the philosophy and standards of the enterprise value creation modes selection in detail, and establish the value creation modes selection integral analysis system, and finally summarizes the basic process of value creation modes selection.In order to better analyze how to select the value creation mode, this paper has carried on the questionnaire survey, survey the company employees and managers, in different industries and departments, about the understanding and opinions of the relevant factors of the enterprise value creation mode, extract the contrast ratio between the specific influence factors, calculating each influence factor weight by the matrix analysis, in hopes of providing an available analysis tool for value creation modes selection.
