Secondly, it needs the Xihaigu people to play the master role in the great practice of reduction of Poverty, to understand idea of ecological civilization profoundly and to spread the nation culture industry making it large. Lastly, it needs to go deep into reality, to launch more embedding investigation, to propose high effective poverty alleviation through development ways and to advance the level of industrialization supports deficient.
