With the rapid development of automobile service industry in China, and more and more people have entered this industry, the number and the quality of the engineer have been one of the core competitive powers. To build up a technical talents team based on qualification has become a valuable research in the sustainable developing process in automobile service enterprise.In this case the article has taken YS Company as the object of study, which is a leading automobile service company in Fujian province and the company the writer has been working for. On the basis of the requirements of technician qualification, it has analyzed the current situation of technicians in the company, and has put forward the strategies for setting up the technique teams. In order to fully expound the study, it has six parts. The first part is preface, elaborating the background, meaning and content. The second part is related study theories. The third part has discussed the features and analyzing methodology for technician competency, based on the current situation of automobile service market and technician in its company, and has found out the problem and its root. The fourth part has put forward the detailed tactics on how to constructing the technician team. The fifth part has explained the guarantee and process of how to carry out the strategy, pointing out the direction for improvement, and providing a reference for other companies of the industry. The last part is the conclusion and forecasting.The methods of qualitative description and analysis, with the assistance of on the questionnaire and interviewing have been adopted in this article. It has proposed that the construction of the technique team should be based on competency and meanwhile takes constancy adjustment, training by two-channel, diversify encouragement as guiding ideologies. To build up the competency feature and appraisal system of two-channel technical talents, and has raised systematically strategy implementation and improvement direction on deploying structure, training development, performance evaluation.To study the construction on the competitive technician team of YS company will enhance its core competitiveness, leading it to more accurate and permanent direction, and providing the empirical research reference for those latest established automobile service company.
