Study On The Social Security Policy To The Land-Lost Of Peasants Of Taiyuan

Reform and opening up to 30 years, with economic development and all-round transformation of society, china's urbanization has entered a period of rapid development, Taiyuan is no exception and 2009 Yaiyuan's the urbanization rate has reached 82.22%. However, the expansion of urban space requirements in the rural areas provide a lot of land, more and more rural land will be expropriated, causing some farmers lost their land, thereby creating the social security of landless peasants. If we do not establish and improve a social security system, farmers will become landless farm, employment, post-free to ensure no copies of the "three no elements", thus forced to become urban and rural areas of the "instability factors" will certainly affect the process of urbanization and even affect social stability. Rural Social Security has not only become an important topic of theoretical research, but also economic and social development as the practical problems solved.In this paper, along with the process of urbanization in China appear in the social reality of a large number of landless peasants to study the background, Taiyuan Rural Social Security in-depth and meticulous research. Through the survey found, Taiyuan Rural Social Security problems include landless peasants from the land requisition compensation and lower distribution of non-standard, inadequate social security system, peasants, landless peasants and the emergence of difficult employment such as confusion. The main reason for these problems lies in the accelerated development of urbanization, landless peasants lack of social security system, the lack of monitoring of government land acquisitions and the factors that farmers themselves. Therefore, we propose a targeted suggestions: First, improving the land requisition system; the second is to build a sound social security mechanism landless peasants; third is to strengthen the regulatory acts of government land; Fourth, to promote the progressive community of landless peasants.Hope that this study, can solve the problems of social security in Taiyuan City Farmers to provide valuable reference for the less developed areas can solve the landless peasants in the social security.
