Land-lost Peasants’ Social Security Research During The Urbanization

Social security is the important sign of social civilization and progress. Along with theacceleration of Chinese urbanization and industrialization process, a large number of rural landhas been taken over for use, which makes our society formed a new vulnerable groups--landlesspeasant. But now, the landless farmer’s social security system is not perfect and landless farmer’slegal interest can’t be protected, so there always occur the different conflict, which threaten theconstruction of harmonious society. So the searching of landless farmer’s social security has thetheoretical and realistic sense. First of all, to establish the social security system of landlesspeasants is the special reflect of balancing urban and rural development. Secondly, establish thesocial security system of landless peasants can compensate for the shortage of social securitysystem in urban and rural structure. Finally, to establish the social security system of landlesspeasants can reflect social fairness, maintain social harmony.This paper is divided into six parts. Chapter one is the introduction, introduces thebackground and the significance of research in social security problems of the landless farmers,as well as analyzes the current research situation in the world and summarizes the researchmethods. Chapter two is the basic concept and the related theoretical analysis, introduces thedefinition of landless farmers, related concept with social security and social securitytheory.Chapter three research on typical domestic land-loss farmers’ social security patterns.Analysis the domestic land-loss farmers’social security patterns. Chapter four is social securitysituation in our country, through the spot survey, we know the current situation of the landlessfarmer. Chapter five it puts forward an idea of setting up land-lost peasants’ social securitymodes and completes supporting measures in land-lost peasants’ social security. Last sectionsummarizes the concrete content that the thesis has been discussing and points out somedisadvantages and something to be discussed further.Using the Method of Reviewing and Analyzing Documents and comparative analysis, basedon properly dealing with the related concepts of peasants’ social security and policies, this thesisobjectively analyses and compares the present situation of peasants’ social security and thecharacteristics of current peasants’social security modes. Moreover, taking examples of theexperience of current peasants’ social security modes in our country, the thesis positivelyexplores and builds a proper modes of peasants’ social security, and pointedly comes up withsome feasible supporting measures to solve problems of peasants’ social security. Hope this thesis can provide some reference on solving problems regarding the social security of landlessfarmers.
