Influence Factor Analysis Of Fujian County Agricultural Technological Progress Contribution Rate

County technology is the primary unit of national scientific activities, it's the important component of national science and technology. Fujian Agricultural Science and Technology plays an important role in Fujian economic development, therefore, have a great understanding of the situation of Fujian Agricultural Science and Technology means very well for the County of Fujian's economic development. It helps to reveal the level & essential characteristics of agricultural development in Fujian Province. In this Paper, questionnaires and interviews are used to measure the progress of each county's contribution rate of agricultural science and technology, then analysis the influence factors. The main contents are:Firstly, a brief statements of the background, significance and methods of this Paper.Secondly, a short review of domestic and foreign scholars on the theory of scientific and technological progress, technological progress and economic growth, the relationship between the evaluation of the progress of scientific and technological progress, technological progress contribution rate has been measured, technological progress in agriculture and the relationship between agricultural development and the Fujian Agricultural Science and Technology Research progress contribution rate and other related literatures.Third, ues hardware and software facilities to analyse the Fujian agriculture development situation and each county's science and technology development. To get a whole situation of Fujian's development of agricultural science and technology progress.Fourth, this paper adopts the agriculture ministry's method to calculate the contribution of agricultural science and technology during 2003 to 2008, and analysis the results, from the results, we can get a conclusion that the labor and agricultural acreage presents negative growth trend, the material cost is rising. The lower countys'contribution rate, still rely on increasing material cost support to increase agricultural technological progress contribution rate of extensive growth mode.Fifth, from the cluster results of contribution rate, we can see that there are three models of Fujian's agricultural science and techonogy growth: High investment, high consumption mold; Low investment, Low consumption mold; Optimal-input and moderate-consumption mold of agricultural technology progress.Sixth, empirical analysis the factors of contribution rate, take the contribution rate as variable, Using multivariate linear regression analysis, put M-plough area rate, receive area rate, GDP, scientific research expense and labor quality into model for inspection. Explain the relation ship between the contribution rate and the factors. Estimate the influence effection.We found out that the Agricultural machinery level and the quality of workers are positively related with agricultural technology progress; County economic development degree and agricultural research fund are pour U shaped related.Finally, this paper based on the theoretical and empirical analysis, proposed several methods for improving contribution rate, such as: develop northwest counties economy, improving peasant quality, develop efficient agriculture and increasing agricultural investment fund, promoting agricultural technological innovation.
