With the development of the society, the competition between corporations is getting fierce. The company requires more and more qualities from the employee because there is a strong connection between the common qualities of the staff and the development of the company. More and more corporations realized that the competition for qualified employees is the key to the success in the rivalry among them, and the competition bases on the company training. The only way to win your rival, the company has to learn faster than them, and take training and the wide range rise of the employee qualities seriously as well. The employees can keep their paces with the development of society, only when they get trained, their idea and technology get refreshed so that they can have the ability to get used to a higher requirement and meet a more challenging work. This can realize the need of a developing company, and also raise a stronger core-competitiveness. The two-to-win between corporations and employees is the ultimate goal, which demanded a more effective training system, a better training procedure. The employee training played an important role in human resource management and it can not be replaced in the development strategies.This passage is an analysis and a measure of the current employee training in the medical enterprise of the delta. It bases on the interviews and questionnaires to the employees in this area, extensively analyzed present employee's training accorded training activities. According to the actual situation, it summarizes the employee's situation in their work in recent years and analyses with data processing that the employee's age, years services in the enterprises, satisfactory in the train and reception of training. The thesis also analyses the employee's needs of training, investigate the project of train and Evaluate results of the train. Train evaluation use Kirkpatrick's four evaluation model that also widely used in recent years.The thesis mainly discusses the medical enterprises in the pearl delta area, summarized the inadequate exist in the training management. For example, the inadequate support in the training environment, the inadequate fulfillments in the training analyses. It's traditional single training methods, lacks of training effect evaluation. So it proposes to implement the corresponding training measures, including the establishment of appropriate training system, improves training, information systems, and analyses training needs, full use of corporate resources, and plays the support of management staff for training role in building a comprehensive training system, trainees'methods to protect the rich smooth implementation of training programs, increases training effectiveness, and strengthens the training in terms of system implementation efforts.
