Reach On The Social Evaluation Of Power Supply Project

With the unceasingly development of our country's economic, power supply projectinitiates many social problems that is not allow to be neglected. This article tried to reducesocial risk through social evaluation and to make sure that country and social developmentgoal can be realized smoothly.First, compared correlated evaluation method and analyzed the power source projectcharacteristic, and then determined the power source project social evaluation system basedon qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation that is multi-level fuzzy syntheticevaluation. Next, according to the power source project goal and the characteristic,established a set of index system, which is suitable for the power supply project socialevaluation, and gave a detail explanation to the index. Finally, carried on a social evaluationfor a real power supply project. It is proved that the evaluation index and the method systemestablished in this article have the feasibility and the application value, and can be taken aspreliminary model in this area.
