Research On Performance Management System Of XT Based On Strategy

As an important management tool and human resource management core,Business Performance Management,leading and controlling business tactic execution, is attached importance by more and more enterprises. In the course of combined theory with practice, performance management exists so many problems, such as the separation between strategy management and results management that lead into the phenomena of Pharisaism and never bring out the basis of decision-making for business management. Therefore, the question how to construct a scientific and effective Performance Management System by using Performance Management Theory and combining with the condition of enterprises, becomes the problem which numerous enterprises need to solve.With the development increasingly of the information technology and economy of globality, XD Transformer co. ltd today face the intricacy indeterminate and competitive environment. This thesis has studied the relationship between strategy and performance management. The study starts from the present situation of the company by utilizing the relevant modern performance management theories. From the company's strategy, according to the sequence of organization-department (or team)-individual performance. MBO(Management By Objectives),KPI(Key Performance Index)and BSC(Balanced Scorecard) were used synthetically. The organization strategy objective is decomposed and balanced to operable goals, then the action of individual and team. And the thesis also studies the method to realize strategy performance models, including performance targeting, performance implementationand inspection, performance evaluation, performance feedback etc. and provides the application of such strategy performance management models with methodology instruction.
