| In this paper, systemic research is done on the Li xian north Guodan town land consolidation project in Hebei province for the planning and design of land consolidation projects. The plan and design can be done after knowing and analysing about the basic stituation of the research area is very focaling. Land levelling project designed for much suited for planting or other using by navvy work according to specific conditions and standards is the base of the project. Road engineerting beside farm-road, labor-road,farm-bridge and so on is designed for producting and living needs for people in project area. Irrigation and drainage engineering can be built for agriculture needs which included irrigation projects, drainage works and their appurtenances.Farmland protect-system can protect the farmland from natural disaster and ensure that the land use safe.The planning and design of land consolidation projects is the base of the project; We should reinforce the evaluation of synthetic benefits.and the raise of quantity as more important as the raise of quanlity. At last, the paper shows that aptimization and readjustment of agriculture industry structure should be take much seriously and the coalition between landscape ecology and land consolidation should be take more care. And the GIS should be used in land consolidation projects. |
