A Study On The Impact Of Technological Innovation Capability On Innovation Performance In Small And Medium-sized Enterprises

The Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) which have become a strong power promoting the economy growth and the employment are playing a more and more important role in the economy of China. However, as far as the intern development of the SMEs is concerned, the effect of theological innovation should never been ignored any more. Therefore, how to strengthen the SMEs' competition advantages in their developing process by technological innovation is a hot topic in the research field on SMEs. Previous studies have demonstrated that whatever the company's scale is, technological innovation is always the fundamental factor that could make the enterprises acquire and sustain some competition advantage(s).This thesis believes that the impact of technological innovation on the enterprises' competition advantages will be realized by the improvement of innovation performance, and one of the most important factors affecting the enterprises' innovation performance is just the technological innovation capabilities of the companies.
