Since the last century, there have been five large scale mergers & acquisitions (M&A). The high rate of corporate M&A made it an important way for corporate development. Proper M&A makes a dying corporate survive in desperate environment. Reasonable M&A makes a slowly developed corporate create a miracle. Successful M&A makes a stable corporate achieve brilliance on basis of balanced increase. The transform of M&A has caused great deal of attention of theorist.The appearance of M&A has its inevitability. It's the result of globalization. We pay more attention on integration during M&A. Compare with the number of M&A cases, traditional M&A methods couldn't assure the final success of M&A. This called new review of M&A theories. The existing theories need to be further improved to instruct M&A activities.To explain in cultural terms, using system theory, the process of M&A goes through three stages. 'Four step work' of cultural Due Diligence before M&A, model building during M&A and unified model after M&A are mentioned separately for M&A corporate in this article. The main emphasis of my research lies on pro-M&A integration and post-M&A integration. The last paragraph has given summary of cultural integration for Chinese corporate. M&A.
