The Research And Application Of LP In LY Steel Company

Based on LP theory and the specific situation of LY Steel , this thesis shows a systematical research on something about LP model in LY Steel。It includes: JIT ,rid faults , waste elimination, and strive for ZD,zero-inventory。It is used firstly in TOYATO Car company with telling effect。Automotive manufacturing and flow production have been fetched in and have effects in CHINA。But now ,there is no one enterprise has put forward formally in Iron and Steel works。The main reason is caused by the property of Iron and Steel : It's in a mass-production, mass consume, mass mileage, mass inventory, mass dealer sale model。This thesis presents that LP in LY Steel derives from LP thought, in allusion to some detail problems such as mass production,mass consume,mass mileage,mass inventory and can't deliver goods on time, we submit an allied reconstruction project to adapt LP。It includes :plan,organization,dispatch,coordination about production system and corresponding reformed design project on quality,equipment,flow,field control system which are closely related to production operating management。This project shows a design about merger and recombination in production units, simplification in department and branch; partition freshly function, distribute surplus personnel , save manpower cost about￥10,000000.Emphasize that quality management is decided by produce not test。consolidate field of production should be responsible for quality; functional department should hold the pass to the handing over of working procedure。Put management squatting into practice, functions are supervised and concentrated。Simplify procedure for handling affairs ,improve efficiency。This reconstruction project gives a view on changes of production operating model。the changes start from orders for goods ,we organize the plate production with swings on hinges model。it can realize that a sharply decrease amplitude in middle turnover between goods mileage and finished products mileage, this reduced amplitude is more 50%。The project also gives us a planning management before steel produce. We can cut down sharply a large amount of crude fuel inventory through the control of production proportionality and stability。The aim is to reduce iron ore from 1100000tons to 700000 tons; separation coal is from 110000 tons to 80000tons; equipment,spare part,material inventory funds from￥0.46 billion to￥0.38billion.This project puts forward a design in flow of material management :we can optimize inside and outside flow resource combination, adjust inside goods yard and warehouse, strengthen connection of working procedure, reduce double handing, to lower flow cost about￥8500000～10000000. It also gives us train of thoughts that aim at rebuilding organization measure and institution construction. And predict and analysis the investment needed in LP reconstruction. It shows us analysis and discussion about possible risk and measures of defusing risk in details on LY Steel LP.
