Information and material flush circulate in the modern world. Therefore corporation management is not short of resource in deed, but the instrument of conformity and utilizing all the resource effectively. The hypostasis of corporation competition is conformity and utilizing the resource furthest. People are the main body of conformity and utilizing the resource and their behavior mode decide to the culture and importance tropism they accepting. Corporation operators have woke up to the influence of culture step by step, likewise they put the management point from "hardware" to "software" and improve the status of people's effect. Thereby "the culture get the upper hand" time has come for corporation competition.Currently, it is a linchpin period, when market economy system comes to consummate, society economy structure is been adjusted and the global economy incorporate. How to combine the advanced management theory of abroad and the idiographic practice of China's corporation; understand the meaning of corporation culture in-depth; construct the corporation culture adaptive with corporation development stratagem, no doubt they are significative questions for discussion.This paper studies the corporation culture of Guangxi national electric power and capital construction corporation D company. Firstly, we analyze the meanings of corporation culture, the relation between corporation and corporation culture and the characteristic of China's electric power corporation culture. Secondly, base on sufficient survey we evaluate the advantage and disadvantage of D company's corporation culture. Finally, we discuss the idiographic measure of corporation culture constructing and how to improve it. In this paper we consider that D company's corporation culture was affected by multiple factor from the company inside and outside, it cannot accommodate the development of D company. Thus there are necessary to conform over again. Base on keeping the corporation's nicer tradition to establish the new corporation culture, which fully incarnate corporation development stratagem, go beyond moderately and take the improving corporation's core competition ability as the basic object.This research explains that the basic corporation culture theory is applicable for any corporation style, the national corporation innovation apart from property right innovation on system side, culture innovation on spirit side are necessary.
