The Research On Export-oriented Function Of Agricultural Trade Association

Agricultural trade association affects not only on the formulation and implementation of national agricultural policy, but also has played an important role in strengthening member cooperation, promoting the international market, keeping the benefits of international trade as a new principal of the market economy. As China entering into WTO, the Chinese government and enterprises began to attach importance to the agricultural sector's important role in agricultural trade association. However, China still lacks a sound and effective agricultural trade association. Due to the weak nature of agriculture itself, the existing agricultural trade associations have no talent firstly, no service program secondly, no innovative mechanisms thirdly, and no service platform and tool, its main business is far from satisfying the needs of the development of the atmosphere of competition in the current international situation. To expand our agricultural exports, raise the competitive advantage of the agricultural products, we need to study on the agricultural trade associations, especially on the export-oriented functions played by the international trade.This paper focus on the functions of the export-oriented agricultural trade associations and explore its economic market system in playing in the role of independent subject of international trade. Based on the theoretical discussion on export-oriented agricultural trade associations on the feasibility and importance of the functions of play.thus proving the value of this study.and the agricultural sector of our country has played and not played by the Association for the Investigation of the export-oriented functions,Foreign export-oriented agricultural trade associations function in contrast to the experience.further analysis of the reasons for the lack of functions of the export-oriented agricultural trade associations, the crux of the problem and solve the problem,improve the function of setting up an export-oriented agricultural industry associations, trade associations of agricultural products to better our services to the entire industry,play a greater role on the world stage.Because there aren't accurate positioning functions of export-oriented agricultural trade associations, therefore, this paper puts forward the original agricultural trade associations in the definition of export-oriented functions, and in line with the existing international background and the current situation of agricultural trade associations, proposing the meaning of this paper.
