Research On Evaluative Technique Of Quality Culture Of Manufacture Enterprise

It has been a strategic problem concerned nationally to upgrade the quality of product along with market economy system continuously perfected and consumptive concept increasingly matured.The 21st century is a century of quality.With the increasing competition of quality and practicing of quality system certification,the research in the field of quality culture inevitably need to speeded up.Firstly,this dissertation studies basic theories of quality culture. And then,it introduces the relative conception to quality culture,construction and main content of this research,summarizes the existing research both domestically and foreignly. Therefore it brings the meaning and function of quality culture,then introduce the organization and content arrangement of this dissertation.Afterwards,this dissertation concentrates on the research of comprehensive evaluation of quality culture,establishes the basic index system of integrated evaluation of quality culture,measures the quality culture comprehensively and quantitatively and build up a mathematical mode two--layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model which can quantitatively evaluate quality culture.it is discussed that the feasibility and effectiveness of this model is proved fully by a positive analysis.Finally combining the computer technology with the evaluation of quality culture,in this dissertation,develops a computer evaluation system of quality culture that realizes the automation,effectiveness and preciseness of the procedures of evaluating quality culture. The software has a friendly interface and overall functions that meet the demand of evaluation of quality culture.and it is of high value for the development and promotion of evaluation of quality culture.
