Organizational citizenship behavior is a positive behavior conducive to the organization, which is an act outside the scope of duties. Organizational citizenship behavior can fully mobilize the potential of employees. In order to induce the generation of behavior, Enterprises should pay attention to the factors affecting organizational citizenship behavior. Empowerment has been more widely used in business management, but most only care behavior rather than psychological needs of employees. The fact that empowerment is felt (psychological empowerment) will lead to employees’ positive attitudes or behavior. Psychological ownership is a feeling that a thing or a part of thing seems to belong to me. The level of perceived degree of psychological ownership will affect employees’ attitudes and behavior. In the context of Chinese culture, the paper studies the relationship of psychological empowerment, psychological ownership and organizational citizenship behavior. The study has a high value on theory and practice.I find theoretical framework of this paper on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the existing research results. And examine the relationship of psychological empowerment, psychological ownership and organizational citizenship behavior. This study collects first-hand data by the method of questionnaire survey, and statistical analysis by the software of SPSS17.0and AMOS19.0. In order to ensure the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, pre-investigation has been done before formal investigation. Excluding invalid questionnaires (525questionnaires were recovered), this study collects a total sample of494in formal investigation. Combining with analysis results of this study, we got the following conclusions:Psychological empowerment includes three dimensions of meaning of work, self efficacy and self influence; Psychological ownership has only one dimension; Organizational citizenship behavior includes two dimensions of OCBO and OCBI; Psychological empowerment has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior; Psychological empowerment has a positive effect on psychological ownership; Psychological ownership has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior; Psychological ownership plays a mediating role, in the relationship between psychological empowerment and organizational citizenship behavior.In this study, we discussed the results of the analysis, and elaborated on the implications for managers. In the end, accounting of the limitations of the study, we pointed out the future research directions.
