Research On Supplier's Quality Supplying Competence Under Mixed Quality Characteristics

With the economic globalization, the enterprises are facing more and more competitive pressure. In the new market environment, if the enterprises achieve customers' satisfaction even loyalty, they will be the winner of the market. As the customers become more rational, the influence of quality in their purchasing decision is gradually increasing. Excellent quality has become a key element in attracting customers and improving their satisfaction. Not only will the level of quality management of the enterprise, but also the quality of raw materials suppliers supplied affect the product quality. Therefore, a reasonable evaluation of the supplier's quality supplying competence and quality fitting competence has great significance in improving the product quality.Based on the research of the supplier's quality supplying competence and multivariate process capability indices, this paper discusses the question of supplier's quality supplying competence of multivariate quality characteristics in mixed specifications, that is the researching of supplier's quality supplying competence of mixed quality characteristics.To discuss this problem step by step, this paper gives four hypotheses (that is, the quality characteristics are independent, and obey the normal distribution, and have the same sample sizes and belong to the same types), and studies the problem of these four were hypotheses and the situation of relaxing conditions, that is the researches of special and general situations. In the discussion, the paper also makes detailed research on five situations according to the difference between specification limits and distribution feature (that is, the situation of bilateral specification limits without deviation, bilateral specification limits with deviation, unilateral specification limit with only upper or lower limit, unilateral specification limit with upper and lower limit, and unilateral and bilateral specification limits mix). Finally, the paper studies the validity of this method by Matlab creating random data.
