Research On Competence Quality Model Of China National Petroleum Corporation Senior Managers

With the development of the world economic integration,Chinese and foreign enterprises come into a fierce competition.To train a number of high-quality senior managers is the key to enhance the core competitiveness.With the study on the competence quality model,its development and application has attracted attentions by the world enterprises.How to combine with the factual status of the enterprises based on its strategy and culture,to develop and build a competence quality model applied to its characteristics to set up a management system based on the competence quality to better have the most qualified to the most appropriate position to do the right thing to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise has been the keystone for human resources study and execution.The author,with the frontier theory and model-building method of the competence quality model,studies the enterprise culture and strategy,the senior managers' competence quality model building method of China National Petroleum Corporation to supply a suggestive meaning to the senior-level human resources construction of the petroleum enterprises and other national enterprises.
