The Study On Our Country's Farmland Circulation

Nowadays, in our country the circulation of land tenure in the rural areas can not be broken through in a close and stagnant situations. The land tenure can not freely be circulated in the market like other merchandise. Problems reflecting weak market emerge, including imbalance of demand and supply, operating irregularities, unscientific management and defects in the system. Therefore, a systemic summary and all-round theoretical analyses based on the over-10-year operations in farmland circulation across the country, without doubt, will guide the development of the rural areas, and promote the land circulation and rural economic development, significantly both in theory and practice. Based on a lot of field research, the thesis focuses on a prolonged and systemic study on farmland circulation, Marx's theory of rent premium ,applying economic theories such as system theory, theory of system changing and economic theory of poverty rights. Simultaneously, by means of case study, forms of farmland circulation in Fujian province and its effectiveness, as well as existent problems, are analyzed. Furthermore, from specific cases to general rules, counter-measures are indicated to improve the farmland circulation on the basis of theoretical research and real example analysis. In the mean time, some crucial relations to be properly dealt with in the course of farmland circulation are pointed out.
