With the global economic integration process has accelerated, business survival and development of the environment will become more severe, objectively speaking, it requires enterprises to internal management efficiency, enhance staff performance management and enterprise performance. efficiency of enterprises is an effective way to maximize.Performance management is a business management which is a very important foundation and prerequisite for Enterprise Management. And it is also the key to the success or failure of one of the factors to enhance the internal management of enterprises. Enterprise management plays a very important role in realizing the aim. therefore, Enterprises must establish the strategic height of the value of performance management position.Due to bad performance management system, HK corporation leads to a lot of internal contradictions: the less enthusiasm of the staff, a serious drain on staff, low Customer Satisfaction, which hampers the development of enterprises. Based on modern performance management theory, the paper corporation analysis HK empirical test performance appraisal demand, Initial implementation of the performance evaluation process and the reasons for the failure, raises the effective implementation of the performance management system. The design includes a performance plan Performance implementation, performance evaluation, performance feedback and performance evaluation results of the application.
