Study On Enterprises' Self-Innovation Capability Evaluation System And Improving Strategies Based On Technology Integration

With the rapid growth of china economics, all kinds of inconsistent and restrictedfactors are being accumulated continually.The way that remains economical growthby a large of devotion and consumption need to be changed urgently, innovation is thebasic and effective way to choose.Now, improving enterprises'self-innovationcapability has become a key point to adjust economical structure,change the way ofgrowth,and improve competence ability of country.So,understanding theself-innovation capability correctly, finding the key elements of affecting theself-innovation capability, and then guiding and promoting Chinese enterprises toenhance self-innovation capability and enterprise competence ability, are nowimpending missions we must undertake.First of all,based on the analysis of enterprises'self-innovation'meaning andprocess,we introduced the technology integration capability into self-innovationcapability system as a new element for the first time and identified the structure ofenterprise'self-innovation capability which include R&D capability, manufacturecapability, marketing sailing capability, institution&culture for innovation and technology integration capability.Then,we established the self-innovation evaluationsystem and analysed the measurement of index in it. Third,through case andmathematical analysis,we found the great significance of technology integration forenterprise self-innovation capability.Finally, we put forward a set of ways to improvethe enterprise'self-innovation capability through the measures of technologyintegration based on the analysis above.
