Evaluation Of Enterprise’s Technology Innovation Capability Based On Bibliometrics Indicators Of Patents And Papers

With the coming of the era of knowledge economy, a variety of new knowledge, technology innovation, market competition is increasingly fierce, on the basis of knowledge innovation of the technology innovation become the fundamental driving force of enterprise development. Therefore, how to establish an objective, standardized and feasible evaluation index system to improve the ability of technological innovation, technological innovation and development to seek appropriate ways to have important theoretical and practical significance. At present, research is through the establishment of evaluation system of combining qualitative and quantitative indicators, and the use of multivariate statistical analysis, analytic hierarchy process, BP neural network method for the whole process of technology innovation or all elements of a full of evaluation studies. However, these are more or less related to subjective evaluation indicators, impact of the data collection and evaluation results. Therefore, this article from the output point of the dual perspectives of patents and papers measure of enterprise’s technology innovation capability to conduct an objective, scientific measurement.In this article, bibliometrics indicators of patents and papers as the main measure combined with the methods of statistical analysis, exploratory evaluation of enterprise’s technology innovation capability. First of all, this paper systematically explains the basic theory of technology innovation and technology innovation capacity, defines the constituent elements of the definition and elements of enterprises’ technology innovation capability. Next introduced the bibliometrics indicators of patents and papers and other content, and to explore the correlation between technology innovation and patents and papers, secondly on the basis of building a based on patents and papers measurement index of the technological innovation ability evaluation index system. Then this article, Chinese seventeen auto companies as samples, through patents and journal articles from the quantity and quality aspects of the empirical study comparing combined factor analysis on a comprehensive evaluation of positive samples. Finally, we discuss some of the existence of this study and the lack of prospects for future research.
