The Study Of Lost-Lands Peasants' Social Security Pattern

With the development of economy and the acceleration of the urbanization and industrialization, a lot of agricultural lands were expropriated by government and industries, which results so many peasants lost their lands. But city-town's dualistic system and lost-lands peasants'rights compensatory system and security system are not completed, which result lost-lands peasants'life level has became lower and their habitation has deteriorated. They became the people who"peasants without lands, workers without jobs, security without rights".The writer investigated lost-lands peasants in Anqiu City and understand their life, employment and security situation clearly , then analyzed the reasons that induced these situations. This paper analyzed and compared domestic lost-lands peasants security system , such as Nanhai Pattern, Jiaxing Pattern , Chengdu Pattern, Wuhu Pattern, Penglai Pattern, and foreign countries'systems ,such as American ,Germany, Japan, Korean and so on .This paper speculated the value of land about the lowest life level security, the aged security, the basic medical care system in Anqiu city according to the investigated data and local policies , these speculated data give sustainment to establishment of security system.This paper divides into six parts :Chapter one, Introduction. Described the background of title, research purpose, current situation of domestic and foreign countries and meaning of the thesis mainly. Prove thinking, method, possible innovation.Chapter two, Lost-lands peasants'situation. This chapter analyzed lost-lands peasant'situation of life level, social security and employment, then analyzed the reasons that induced these situations.Chapter three, The domestic and foreign countries'lost-lands peasants'social security patterns.This chapter analyzed and compared domestic lost-lands peasants security system , such as Nanhai Pattern, Jiaxing Pattern , Chengdu Pattern, Wuhu Pattern, Penglai Pattern ,and foreign countries'systems ,such as American ,Germany, Japan, Korean and so on , then have a conclusion is we shouldn't just imitate the successful patterns and should insist principles , adjust measures to local conditions, choose appropriate economic level, improve gradually ,to develop security systems.Chapter four , The establishment of social security system–Anqiu City. This chapter speculated the value of land about the lowest life level security, the aged security, the basic medical care system in Anqiu city according to the investigated data and local policies , these speculated data give sustainment to establishment of security system.
