In the market economy country, labor dispatching is a kind of way of recruitment and employment that has already existed and continued being developed. The appearance and development of labor dispatching is an inevitable result of market environment and the change of enterprise produce and operation. With the specialization development of enterprise's human resources management, enterprises transfer some management functions of recruitment and training to some specialized companies. The aggravation of the market competition, so that the order produces becomes the general form of enterprises produce more and more. Enterprises adopt different flexibility recruitment ways more and more in order to adapt to the change of the market and reduce the recruitment cost.In recent years, with the marketization of human resources, the complication of human resources management function, the increasing of pressure on employment, the transition of employment idea, the interim demand for talent of enterprise increase, labor dispatching begun to appear in our country, and has a fast development. The appearance of labor dispatching has alleviated the social pressure on employment, and has promoted the distribution of manpower. It helps sending organization expand the commercial opportunity and increase incomes. It also helps the employing unit to save the cost of personnel management, increase the recruitment elasticity, has a look around to talents hired in the future. It offers another kind of employment channel to personnel to be sent, and benefits their own development and management.While labor dispatching bringing about winning together on the social aspect, sending organization, employing unit and sent personnel, a fact that can't ignore is that there is a innate limitation in labor dispatching. So each side participating in labor dispatching will face some risks.This text is just the positive consideration on the risk of labor dispatching. At first, the text explained the operation mechanism and preliminary understanding of labor dispatching and basic theories of risk management.Thereafter it gave the development course at home and abroad and comments its positive role on realizing rational distribution of workforce resources of our country.Then on the basis of definition to the risk of labor dispatching, it analyzed the main content of the risk of the labor dispatching in our country, and announced its reason produced, and assessed its consequence that may cause.Finally, on the basis of establishing basic thought on handling the risk of labor dispatching, it put forward some countermeasures on handling the risk so as to make this new recruitment and human resource distribution can get a benign development and generate its due positive effect in our country.
