In environment of manyenterprise for adapting to market changes to reduce labor costs, due to agileand adapt to the environment,labor dispatching industry developed gradually.Based on years of experience of Company F, we confirm that the most basicprevention for operating risk of labor dispatching companies is operatingthrough mastery of the relevant laws and regulations in accordance with thelaw; in addition, the paper argues that the introduction of the currentschool-style value in the dispatch industry intervention concept.As a rising industry, the labor dispatch not only has its favorable valuegrowth, but also has a number of risks due to inadequate establishment anddevelopment of industry standards. On the basis of the dispatch of thecompany's operational risk considerations, first we analyze the concept oflabor dispatch, characteristics, and in the course of development describedand a certain degree of resolve; then we discuss the basic theory of riskmanagement in defining the dispatch risk; we further analyze the maincomponents of the dispatch risk and reveal the reason; finally based on theactual operations of Company F, we propose the main points for operationalrisk strategies and risk management system of dispatch companies, that iscombining technical operations thinking and school of organic to constructa new spirit of industry and the concept of risk prevention.This paper consists of four parts. The first chapter is the introduction,puting forward industry development course and the present situation, thebackground and significance of this paper studies. The second chapter offersthe concept of risk management risk, the risk of disposal program commonlyused method,analyzes the main content of the risk of the labor dispatchingin our country,and announces its reason, assessed its consequence that maycause.
