Into the 1990s,with therapid development of the world economy, the scale of the enterprise is expanding and the demand for workers is growing, at the flexibility requirements of the labor employment is higher and higher.In order to adapt to the continuous expansion of domestic enterprises, governments have to reform their labor dispatching system, to relax the restrictions on labor dispatch, more the law was passed to ensure the development of labor dispatching system, provide legal guarantee for the development of labor dispatching business. The government pay more attention to improve the system of labor dispatch, pay attention to protect the interests of the dispatching labor and give the same protection as normal hire employees.Now many large enterprises establish the bottom knockout, which will send hiring staff to substitute the empty that the contract employees were hired, making the enterprise more flexible mechanism of employing, making labor dispatching help enterprises to carry out economic structural adjustment and reform of the system of choosing and employing persons, the effective ways to save operating costs, unit of choose and employ persons is fundamentally improving the economic efficiency.While there are some enterprises in order to reduce the cost of choose and employ persons, borrow the name of labor dispatching, massive layoffs. In this paper, The first part analyse the writing background, significance, research status at home and abroad, the content and structure, research methods and innovation points of this article.The second part of this paper mainly introduces the theoretical connotation of labor dispatching, characteristics, patterns, connotation, the cause of the labor dispatching risk.The third part introduces the theory of risk identification and evaluation theory.The fourth part mainly introduces using the flow chart method to study the dispatch of risk events and risk factors of the goldcareer human resources consulting co., LTD. The fifth part mainly introduces studyingthe goldencareer human resources consulting co., LTD.’s labor dispatching risk by the risk matrix method,through calculating the risk happen probability and risk level,after that can calculate the overall risk of the company.The sixth part gives the suggestion to solve the dispatching risk of goldencareer human resources consulting co., LTD from the internal control and external control.The seventh part points out the shortage and the view of the labor dispatching’ development.Through the case analysis the risk existing in the labor dispatching in the labor dispatching company, use the reasonable method to analyze the risk, and puts forward relevant solutions to cope with the risk.For other enterprise inthe same industry,they can use the prevention and solution method of the laboe dispatching risk.
