Research On Industrial Zone Embedded In Less Developed Area

As a form of spatial organization, Industrial Zone which was testified in the world can drive regional economy development. Based on the uncontrovertible fact that less developed areas have difficult to achive great-leap-forward development in the long term, this text analyzes actuality of less developed areas and investigates the character of industrial zone, then proposes that industrial zone transplanted in less developed areas can drive economy development.Seen from actuality of industrial zones in less developed areas, they aquired achivement, but still have a lot of deficiency. After summarizes their experience, this text will discuss the development of industrial zone as a new vision—embeddedness. Based on the cognition of theory at home and abroad and industrial zone of Gansu Province, from the relationship of portability and embeddedness, this text proposes that embeddedness is important security to successful development of less developed areas and sum-up the characteristic and inscape of embeddedness on above foundation. Combined with the development actuality of industrial zone in Gansu, this text will discuss the problem of implement course of industrial zone embeddedness in Gansu Province and advance some countermeasure and suggestion.
