Nowadays, the Competition of modern enterprises has been converted from product itself to the deeper corporate culture concept. An excellent corporate culture is the spirit of enterprise management, which is also the reflection of enterprise management philosophy, the key power of cohesion on the stuff members and an important part of the strategy of enterprise development. The importance of corporate culture was realized by a lot of enterprises that invested in a great amount of labor power and financial support.Guangxi Liuzhou Wuling Motors Co. Ltd is facing more and more intense competition that needs to develop corporate cohesive force urgently in order to form powerful competitiveness of the enterprise quickly. Wuling holes the enterprise tenet of "Build talent, build vehicles and develop enterprise" and the central value of "Focus on the development of Wuling first; and then carry on, learn and innovate." Customer foremost based on people with cooperation. During the 3 construction development stages, Wuling Group insisted in forming Study Innovative Organization to implement the central value and build up a good working environment so as to improve staff members and 7 measurements to promote the rebuild and carry out Wuling Corporate Culture. In the course of rebuilding corporate culture, the fulfillment of culture strategy obeys to the general development strategy and in accordance with its culture exactly.
