Integrated Designing And Appling Of Baling Company's Supply Management System

The main achievements of this paper are the following:It analyzed the material supply management from the point of integrative supply chain, including its form, function, optimizing target; it also presented the optimizing fabric of the supply management system, from the point of the view of system running and the functions; It studied the main operations of the supply management system and process, from the angle of the integrative supply chain; presenting main three procedures of the supply management system: planning, purchasing and storage; It researched the optimizing pattern from the angle of the integrative supply chain; the pattern analyzed the five factors that could influence the optimizing of supply management system: decision-making, circumstance, supervising, business and system. The supply management system is helpful to fulfill the integrative manage on the planning /designing / running / control the according to the information such as business, transportation, communication fund as well as the relationship with co-partners, incarnating the essence of integrative supply chain; To meet the requirement to information in the system, the computer & net theory / technology was brought into the supply management system. The information technology in the supply management consists of three parts: communication, software and business management. With the help of the top technology, the modern integrative supply management system equipped multiple information technology such as resource management,supervise,intendance,automatic storage management,business management and financial management was formed. It can be the best resource configuration. By building the advanced software foundation and applying the integrative computer technology as well as electronic business in supply management, the purchase can be more efficient and the information feedback ban also be quicker. Meanwhile the purchase cost ban be lower down.This text was based on the supply management system optimizing pattern and information technology, it presented and established the operation & run software for the supply management system. The operation interface is clean and clear, it's easy to set function or select the business items; the data ports are convenient to access. It's aimed at the petrol-chemical enterprises' supply management system.
