Research On The Energy Sources Sustainment Of Accomplishing "Two Priority" Objectives In Jiangsu Province

Entering the 21st century, the whole nation comprehensively enters the course of constructing a well-off society and the modernization. According to the Central instruction, Jiangsu Province proposed the"two priority"objectives,namely"the first comprehensively to complete the well-off society, the first basically to realize the modernization". The Central Party Committee proposed the clearly request and the earnest hope was according to the province sentiment of Jiangsu. It is well known that Jiangsu is a big economical province in China, the economical and the level of development of society both are located in the front row of the country. At the same time, Jiangsu Province also is a big province which the domestic energy expends, approximately 7% energy every year of the country is consumed by Jiangsu. The energy is the important foundation of the national economy and the main power origin of the modernized production. But Jiangsu is an energy resources extremely deficient province.
