Today, under circumstance of cutting edge integration of global economy, business corporations'survival and development prompted the vital importance of the threes elements - product quality, cost and on time deliveries.Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), the system for optimizing interactions with the suppliers, covers the process on how to enhance strategic business alliance with upstream suppliers within the whole supply chain. At the same time, supplier relationship is the critical channel linking to supplier chain. The supplier chain is critical to support business corporations to achieve internal targets of the three elements.The outcome of SRM execution directly impacts performance of the three elements and flexibilities of production lines in the business corporations. The fundamentally key aspect of SRM is to build up collaborative business partnerships with suppliers, thus, to pursue win– win approach as the ultimate goal.My paper is based on analyzing practical issues that TMC company encounters and questioning current TMC relationships with suppliers. Through research and study of supplier management theory, I would recommend reformation objectives on supplier partnership management. Guided by SRM theory and focusing on the theme of"Creating Strategic Business Relationship with Suppliers through Setting up Mutual Benefit and Win-win Approach as Common Goal", I would further define very practical alternatives on supplier relationship improvements then to seek for a roadmap to achieve ultimate successes.
