Research On Evaluation Of Land Use Efficiency In Huhhot

Along with the accelerating of industrialization, the urbanization, the population growth and the economical development, the contradiction between land supplies and demand grows intensely day by day. The key to above problems is to optimize the land resource disposition, enhance the land use efficiency. With the research and evaluation on land use efficiency, the achievement degree of land use goal can be measured, the problems in land use can be summarized, the proposes of effective land use can be submitted. The scientific basis to promote the region land intensive use as well as the coordinated development between economical, social and ecological environment can be provided.Based on the background mentioned above, this paper analyzes and evaluates systematically Hohht land use efficiency using multiple methods of indicator evaluation, model evaluation and comparative analysis .Through overall analysis about environment, structure extent of Huhhot land use, the paper sets up comprehensive assessing index system of Huhhot land use efficiency from the content of land use composite efficiency which combines with real land use situation. It also adopts empowered subjective method as well as objective one to evaluate the index weight and calculates assessing index of land use efficiency by comprehensive index model. Moreover, the article also analysis dynamic change and regional differences of Huhhot land use efficiency by means of comparative analysis. The result shows that Huhhot comprehensive land use efficiency displays an upward trend as a whole from 1996 to 2006. The minimum index of comprehensive land use efficiency is 0.0995 in 1996, while the maximum index of which is 0.8750 in 2006. The assessing scores of land use efficiency in urban area and five banners in 2006 indicated that the general land use efficiency level is still relatively low. The land in urban area is used in the higher efficiency, which accounts for 12.03% of total land area; the Tumotezuo banner, the Tuoketuo county, Helingeer County use the land in lower efficiency, which accounts for 44.35% of total land area; the land of Qingshuihe County and Wuchuan County is used in the lowest efficiency, which accounts for 43.62% the total land area.Based on above research, this article proposes the Huhhot land resource effective use countermeasure as the model for the Huhhot land resource effective use and management: optimizing and adjusting land use structure, enhancing the land use efficiency; raising the investment intensity coordinate with the investment structure adjustment properly; promoting land intensive use degree; paying special attention to the efficiency entire enhancement in order to promotes various regions'efficiency hormonally.
