| As the basic natural resources and material, Land is very important for human survival and development. And land use is not only the oldest and the most basic production activities, but also has great relations with the social and ecological environment of human survival and development. Making research on land use change can adjust land use structure better, but how to combine this two closely, the latter is more important. Reasonably exploitation and achieving sustainable using of land resources are important components of national economy and sustainable development of modern society. And adjustment of land use structure is the basis of regularization of industry structure. So, improvement its efficiency can increase the income of peasants, and promoting rural economic development.Guyuan County locates in the southeast margin of Bashang highland, and is on the mid-zone agricultural-animal region and the most fragile ecological zone of northern China. The ecological fragility leads to the unique spacial distributing of land use. To analyze the land use dynamic change, and adjustment of land use structure, is the rational approach to layout rationally land exploiture, and is ultimately need to protect environment and carry out region sustain development.The research uses mathematical models as the main methods, and regards the adjustment of land use structure as the goal. The outline of this thesis is as the following: (1) situation and exiting problem of land use; (2) analysis of land use dynamic change; (3) adjustment of land use structure.The dissertation consists of four parts. From the first part to the second part, it summarizes the background and meaning of region land use; narrates the evolvement in the research about land use change; particular introduce the geographical environment setting, and diagnose situation and exiting problem of land use.In part three, Characteristics of land use dynamic changes are illustrated by constructing many mathematical indexes, and study the land-use change in certain period of each town in Guyuan County, also analyze the trends of land use change. The result showed that: (Din change of quantity, Cultivated land, Forestland and Grassland is the main type of land-use, they account for 92% in the total area of land use. During 1996 and 2006, land use changed observably. Forestland increased faster, and that Rural residential land, Water land and Traffic land increased slower. Meantime Cultivated land, Grassland, Unused land reduced.②in degree of land use, Synthesize index of land use degree has been in a downward trend, from each town, besides Ping Dingbao and Shan Dianhe in the development period, other towns in the adjustment period.③in diversity of region, the average diversification index in the state of increase, but lower than the same type of land use, distribution uniform circumstances diversification index. The diversification of each town is not much below the index, and the diversified characteristics are not obvious. The change of land use in each town is significant; However, spatial pattern was not obvious.④in the trend of land-use change, Cultivated land and Unused land reduced continually, other land use type increased slowly. Except the Grass land and Garden can't forecast.⑤The human activity under the control of country ecologic construction policy is principal reason resulting in land use change in Guyuan County. And agriculture structure adjustment, especially construction of returning Cultivated land to Forestland or Grassland of late years is important reason, to take Cultivated land to reduce and Forestland increased.In part four, based on the research before, by considering the similarities and differences of natural and socio-economic conditions in each town, as well as the direction of agricultural land use relative consistency, and maintain the integrity of each town's boundaries. The county will be divided into four areas, and put up the restructuring strategy of each area. |
