The Analysis On The Contribution Of Industrial Land Supply To Economy Development

With the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization, the demand for industrial land increased continually, especially in well-developed areas. This led to the conflict between land supply and land demand, and the conflict became more and more serious. As one of the most important part of city built-up land, industrial land accounts for a large proportion in city built-up land and it's output is very high also. Large scale of industrial land supply can lead to economy increase, while it also prick up the conflict between people and land. By choosing NingBo cantonal as a typical area, the research analyzed the contribution of economy development from industrial land supply.The contents and results were mainly as follows:(1)Review the evolution of industrial land supply in NingBo cantonal. Through analysing the current situation of Industrial Parks, the scale of industrial land, the intensity of industrial land and the prices of industrial land, find out the problems of industrial land in supply and use.(2) Analysize the relationship between industrial land supply and economy development based on the function mechanism between industrial land supply and economy increase and social development. Establish industrial land function model through the amendatory C-D model, and then calculate the contribution rate of economy increased by industrial land supply. The result is that adding 1 square kilometer industrial land can increase 0.56 hundred million RMB industrial GDP in NingBo cantonal. Through building an index system of the contribution from industrial land supply to economy development, uncover the land consolidation level in NingBo cantonal.(3) Make some suggestion to improve the supply mechanism of industrial land and bring forward the standard of industrial land supply. The industrial land supply should be at the optimal collocating. Industrial land supply should reinforce the comprehensive condition. The industrial land supply should be based on the legal rights and interests of land users. The industrial land supply should obey the law of differential landtax, and make sure that the value of industrial land should be maintained and increased. Industrial land prices increase should coordinate with the level of national economy, and the relationship of industrial,residential and commercial land prices should be reasonable.
