From the event of"chloromycetin"in 2002 to"graciousness Shaxing"in 2003, and to the event of"the malachite green"in 2005, until Japanese"the positive list system"in 2006 as well as the aquatic products'trade conflict between China and America in 2007,all of which have caused massive loss. However, green barriers have obvious positive effects to the green idea's popularization, quality safety level's enhancement; standardized formulation and so on has the promoter action. Therefore, it is practically important to analyze dialectically the green barrier's influence, and ponder how to breakthrough green barrier and make aquatic products'export maintain sustainable growth.On the basis of all the preceding research work, this paper makes an systematic analysis and research on green barriers to aquatic products'export, using the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis unifies, general analysis and the case analysis unifies.
