| Rapid development of knowledge economy calls for responsive managerial thoughts and patterns. Though the human-oriented ideology has become the common knowledge of the era,it still takes time to practice it. In productive service industry as well as Knowledge-Base Companies, human resources has been taken as the most important capital. However, the proposition that human resources can be the core competence of the companies in other industries deserve more research.It has been a worldwide problem to make the enterprises animated and keep the lasting competitiveness. In order to win the competitive advantage, enterprises in foreign developed countries have conducted a series of exploration in human resource management and gained great achievements, which is worth of studying and applying to ours. This study takes Airmate company in Shenzhen as a case, discusses the core competence of the company and analyses the mechanism of human resources with it. At last, some requirement is concluded about how to build such a HR management system. Information is got through the corporate internal files and interviews with the employees. The result showed that human resources can construct corporate core competence but it demands some requirement, which is the way to build core competence-oriented human resource management system.With a case, this study try to explain that in order to get a better result, manufactory industries also need to emphasize its human resource in a strategic insight and strengthen its corporate culture as well. |
