Research On Enterprise Culture In China Metallurgical Construction Group

The theory of enterprise culture is a new theory of management. whether and how to apply it to China's construction enterprise is the theme of this study.In this thesis, the accomplishments made by the earlier corporate culture researchers are summarized, on which basis, the concept of corporate culture is redefined, and its structure, types and functions are analyzed. It is also pinpointed that enterprise culture has to be constructed, so as to realize all its functions effectively. U.S and Japan are the two earliest countries to study and apply enterprise culture. To make them better refer for construction enterprises, a comparison of enterprise culture is made among the three countries—US, Japan and China. Analyzed China's corporate culture of the errors, provided the light for the construction of enterprise culture of research and construction, pointed out the direction.
