The Research On The Ningbo Landless-famers Trend To Become Urban Resident During The Process Of Urbanization

With the development of industrialization and urbanization, more and more the collective owned rural land was requisitioned. Therefore, an increasing number of farmers became or would become so called "landless-farmer ". As the scale of this group of people expanded, the structure of rural society had experienced a significant change. Various problems, such as lagged social security system, unemployment began to move above surface of water. Therefore, to achieve the object of constructing a Socialization New Rural Area and creating a harmony society, we should properly deal with "the three rural problem".In recent years, the municipal government of Ningbo had issued some policies. Some measures had also been taken to try to cope with problem of urbanization of landless-farmers. The essay would made a summary on the practice that Ningbo movement had made during these years.
