With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up,the gradual establishment of the market economic system and China's successful accession to the World Trade Organization(WTO),Modern Chinese teahouse will have to face fierce competition in the market.Although Modern Chinese teahouse has achieved better results in practice,however,as a whole,it still faces such situations as the convergence of the competition,small scales,and the price competition around teahouses.Many modern teahouse didn't realized the importance and urgency of competition,what's more, indistinct station of competitive strategy lead to no valuable strategic planning and operating measures,otherwise,owe to the limit strength,some teahouses can't apply valuable strategy action,even they realize the importance and urgency of competition advantage.Value innovation strategy is a good choice for Modern Chinese teahouse to survive and further develop in the fierce competition.At present,it's not so much research of Modern Chinese teahouse on strategy level relatively.The study should be deepened theoretically and empirically.How to improve the situation of virulent competition,how to improve production and service by focusing on the need,how to improve sustainable healthy development of modern teahouse,etc., such series problems about the improvement of modern teahouse will become the focus of this study.On the basis of relevant theoretical and practical information,this paper for the first time puts value innovation strategy into operation,which provides modern teahouses a new concept of seeking persistent profitable growth of their own and of creating the leap of customer value.The basic features of Modern Chinese teahouse were illustrated in the paper to analyze the market effect of modern teahouse value innovation with case.Finally,this paper represents the market effects to the value innovation of Modern Chinese teahouse and the choice of the mode,and then establishes the invigorative measures according to the obstacles during the process of practicing the value innovation of Modern Chinese teahouse.Case analysis is used in this paper,seeing the essence through the phenomenon,to analyze Taichi Sado in Hangzhou in details,which makes the study of value innovation strategy more clear.At the same time,it improves the maneuverability of the value innovation strategy in practice,and also makes this paper more empirical and persuasive.
