Study On The Integrated Management And Performance Appraisal Of Old Urban Renewal Project

The way of old urban renewal has changed from one object building renewal to multi- goals sustainable old urban renewal, the goal multiplicity and the multi-goals decision-making make the old urban renewal tend to integrated renewal. In order to obtain the max integrated benefit of renewal we take the integrated management into the old urban renewal life-cycle. The integrated management may let each kind of essential factor conform, superiority and obtains the good achievements in old urban renewal. This paper combines integrated management and program to research for the old urban renewal project integrated management systems.Firstly, the problems and development trend of old urban renewal in new position, the research purpose and significance, the domestic and foreign integrated management research domain were analyzed, the research methods and technique route were proposed.Secondly, the connotation and characteristics of integration and integrated management, the integration field and integration benefit, the relation between performance and integrated management were discussed and the practicability in the old urban renewal was analyzed.Thirdly, the integration field of the old urban renewal project was conceived and the relation between the integration field and integration benefit was analyzed; the integrated management three-dimensional structure and the old urban renewal project integrated management information system taking the Qingshan old urban renewal as an example were established; the life cycle integrated management system and integrated management mode of the old urban renewal project were established.Finally, the integrated management performance appraising frame, flow and index system of the old urban renewal project were established based on object oriented performance management, using AHP and the fuzzy mathematics to analyze the old urban renewal project of Qingshan, Wuhan City.
