In the past 30 years, the interest of risk analysis by public has been rapidly increased. Risk analysis is been used as the basement of decision-making in many fields because it makes efficiency and comprehensive planning. The face that risk analysis can almost adapt to every field has already promoted the development of risk theory, risk methodology and risk tools for practice.Engineering project is ongoing in a very complicated nature and social environment. The process from feasibility research, design, construction to finish the project is one-off process. As engineering project is an open system, for even put standardization management into practice, it is inescapability that it will be interfered by various kinds of uncertain factor and it will solicit the risk that the goal of rate of progress, quality and charge control can not be achieved.Lots of projects have caused low efficiency and benefit because risk management of project is being ignored by many behaviors such as low level of technique, bad control of risk investment and communication up to now. The implementation process and the result of a great number of projects have gone beyond expectation. In this cases, it is needed that not only that a series of countermeasure aimed at realism risk problem should be lodged by project managers, but also a complete set theory of engineering project risk management which can understand and solve realism issues and fit for the situation of China by boffin who do research in engineering management.The paper is relied on a project named LYMZ which is going to be constructed by X construct academe. After find all the possible source of risk, the main potential factors of risk will be analyzed by suitable method to elicit the degree of the risk of this project and put right strategy of risk response and risk monitoring and control forward. The aim is to control risk in the forepart of the project.
