Research On The Curriculum Design Of MICE Management In Colleges And Universities

The arrangement of Conference & Exhibition courses in colleges and universities aims at cultivating students'abilities and diathesis in the future Conference & Exhibition area, which is closely related to the developing of Conference & Exhibition career in our country and is the fundamental way to realize the development of our Conference & Exhibition career. In order to achieve the goal, it is very important for the related colleges and universities to arrange their courses rationally and correctly, which depends on our deep research into Conference & Exhibition courses and increasing improvement in it.Because of the differences in economy, culture and education of different areas, different features of researches appear. Although it absorbs the nutrition of the traditional education and the foreign Conference & Exhibition education, the development of Conference & Exhibition education in colleges and universities has produced a gap between students'cultivation and social needs so that the students have poor practice abilities. The reason is that, in some ways, the Conference & Exhibition education is behind the rapid development of Conference & Exhibition economy and the continuous enhance of the needs of students'abilities, which focuses on the courses arrangement. Therefore, it is a very important mission for us to explore and reform the course arrangement of Conference & Exhibition major in colleges and universities.Then, the question is how to explore and reform the course arrangement of Conference & Exhibition major. We should analyze the school's realities and course arrangement, and then try to discard, reorganize and innovate the former pattern of the course arrangement. This paper analyzes the features of the Conference & Exhibition course arrangement in colleges and universities at home and abroad, puts forward the existed problems in the Conference & Exhibition course arrangement and analyzes the reasons. It uses the results of researches at home and abroad for reference to come up with some suggestion and measures adapt to our Conference & Exhibition course arrangement.
