The Research On Inner Mongolia Dairy Risk Factors

Dairy industry is the dominant industry in Inner Mongolia. the development of the dairy industry play more and more important role in promoting the adjustment of agricultural industry structure , increasing farmer income, expanding domestic demand, stimulating consumption and improving Chinese physical condition. however, during development of the dairy industry in Inner Mongolia,the risk factors are increasing. If we don't deal with these risks rationally, once the risk incidents occurred, it will bring enormous shock to dairy industry in Inner Mongolia.In this paper, by analysis of the domestic and Inner Mongolia milk production, consumption and status of the dairy company, we carry out the Inner Mongolia dairy risk analysis from natural risk, market risk, technical risk, system risk as well as the safety risk, and then we carry out risk analysis and applicate analytic hierarchy process method, through the questionnaire by experts. After estimating the Inner Mongolia dairy risks, we found three major risks in inner in Inner Mongolia dairy industry now through calculation. There are the risk of lack of regulations, the risk of safety of dairy products, the risk of low good strains of cows coverage rate. Finally we found out prevention measures and proposals about the Inner Mongolia dairy risk.
